Last week, the International Manufacturing-X Council participated in the VDMA India Symposium, an event bringing together leaders from the aerospace and manufacturing sectors to address competitiveness, productivity, and supply chain reliability.
The agenda featured technical sessions from industry leaders including DMG MORI, Liebherr, Carl Zeiss, and Blaser Swisslube, covering machining transformation, high-temperature material challenges, process optimization, and supply chain agility.
The IMX Council contributed a dedicated session on the role of collaborative digital ecosystems in strengthening the machining process value chain, highlighting Manufacturing-X as a path to innovation, interoperability, and sustainable growth.
The seminar also spotlighted Manufacturing-X Germany’s flagship initiative for secure, standardized, and federated data sharing across the industrial ecosystem, accelerating the adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions.
